I am perfectly imperfect.

I have always been deeply emotional, highly intuitive, and incredibly aware of the energy around me. I feel things strongly. Sometimes beautifully, sometimes intensely, and I have learned that those feelings have to go somewhere.

For me, they come out as art. As organic patterns and designs.

Not long ago, I was diagnosed with a Functional Neurological Disorder called PNES, Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizure Disorder. It was extremely relieving to finally put a name to all of the symptoms I have lived with most of my life. I wanted to learn how to process all this stored-up nervous energy in my body in healthy ways instead of letting it continue to manifest as anxiety/panic attacks and seizures. This is when Solvelle Art was born. Solvelle means the desires of the soul, our life force, expressing what it needs, whether we understand it or not.

As a child, I spent hours drawing and coloring, so in October 2025, I went back to my roots. What has manifested is a style of art I call Bioenergetic Expression, the expression of the body’s energy.

I choose colors that attract my attention in the moment and let the energy flow… Colors, shapes, designs, all organic energy manifesting with markers and paper. I don’t sit down with a plan; I just let it happen. I follow my intuition layer by layer, until something forms and it feels honest. I’m done with a piece when I feel done.

Some pieces feel light and uplifting, while others feel deeper and more reflective, but all of them are real. The designs reflect the “energy” I was in at the moment of creation. They are meant to be held, used, and lived with daily, so the energy behind them can meet you where you are. This is why I decided to put them on coffee mugs. Coffee time has been coveted by many as a daily ritual, so what better way to enjoy your personal bioenergetic art and your favorite beverage than on your own coffee mug or series of mugs? I say, “Nothing.”

These designs are perfectly imperfect, just like me, and my heart wants to share them with you. Choose the design that speaks to your soul and hold it with you every day, or choose one as a gift for someone else. I will be adding more products in the near future.
